- This Blog Is put together by myself..."Dj Silk" i am a dj (obviously) and hav been for nearly 8 years.i have played in various clubs around the uk and also been a radio presenter for most of that time i have done shows for bbc 1xtra,bbc asian network and galaxy network were i was a mix dj for 3 years. I have also interviewed many artists from the uk and us hip hop scene every one from sway to kano and akon to guru from gangstarr.(hopefully il be able to find them an put them up on here).The reason why i wanted to do this blog was that i have lots of stuff that is just sitting around on my computer,laptop,cd's and hardrives, so i would like o share them with everyone and hope u enjoy.expect alot of mixes,dj talk,film talk and everything new in hip hop from the uk and u.s.i will also give you a weekly look into my dj crates so you can see whats hot and whats not.so please subscribe and place comments and sread the word...if you have a blog let me know an i will place in my links..peace.
